A new vision
We help regions to identify their individual regenerative potential. Each bioregion is unique in terms of their culture, history, goals, and challenges as well as regenerative resources. Together, we identify which applications and sectors fit together within the regional context inside a Green Cluster. The new vision provides input for strategic planning, an innovative ecosystem, robust circulatory flows, and collective action, among others. Those are the conditions conducive to life and happiness.
Specific and actionable
First, the new vision gives a specific strategic plan of what the best version of the bioregion is, which challenges it will face on its path, and how to take action to get there.
Innovative and thriving
While the Green Cluster is formed, opportunities for synergies and innovation create a thriving regional economy that is attractive to talent, businesses, and investors.
Restoration and resilience
The abundance created contributes to the restoration of essential life cycles (carbon, water, etc.) and planetary health. Robust and efficient circulatory flows of resources provide resilience.
Engagement and happiness
A collective and participatory action creates excitement and engagement to tackle the multiple challenges. Purpose and the improvement of quality of life and well-being leads to individual happiness.
The process
Shaping bioregions
We combine strategy consulting with our passion for regeneration. Our energy flows where we find partners who are open, curious, and fun to work with. As a team of athletes, we are in for the long run.
Partners
We work with public and semi-public organisations which are responsible for the regional development in their bioregion. Together, we co-create a new vision for their regenerative future. As we form and activate the Green Cluster, we include more key stakeholders. Their participation refines and brings to life the Green Cluster.
Giving direction
First, we listen to the heart of the bioregion - its history, goals, and challenges. Then, we look into the mind - which specific plans and initiatives are pursued to become more sustainable. Afterwards, we study the skeleton - which regenerative resources are available within the bioregion. Finally, we shape the body - the Green Cluster whose applications and sectors best fit to the regional context.
Regenerative leadership
We provide the conditions for our partners to become autonomous decision makers. They are actively involved in the vision creation process and we share all of our insights and material. Equipped with the capacity for the next steps, we accompany our partners during the implementation. As mycelium among trees, we share information, knowledge, and best practices across the Green Clusters in our network to reinforce each other.
